My passion is God first, and then living the life He has given me in such a way that it blesses others and glorifies Him. He has blessed me beyond anything I deserve. Losing a spouse is messy, and going through a failed second marriage is heartbreaking. My journey through grief has sometimes felt like a roller coaster ride in a never-ending dark tunnel. However, God has faithfully brought me to a place of peace and contentment.
This blog reflects my love for all things cottage: architecture, gardens, decor, food, hospitality and more. A Joyful Cottage celebrates living simply, being thankful for each day, and basking in the joy that results.
Thank you for visiting and allowing me to share a bit about myself. The best thing about blogging is meeting nice people like you. I hope you'll come back often.
Hi Nancy,
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to see you come up in my email again. It's been quite a while! The last I knew you had built a sweet cottage in Colorado? Anyway, great to be friends again. God bless you!
It's wonderful to hear from you, Diane. A lot has happened since that Colorado cottage/cabin. Are you still creating your beautiful and charming vintage pieces? xx
Deletethank you for the encouragement today
