My Mega Thrift Store Haul

Happy New Year Cottage Friends,

While I'm not making any New Year's resolutions, I am setting some goals for myself in 2021. One of them is to blog more often and make my posts shorter.

Earlier this week I visited our local Habitat Restore and came home with everything you see in this photo, including the print hanging on the wall.

All for less than $55. A lot of these items will be make overs, which means my "to do" project list is growing.

Looking forward to sharing more. Stay tuned.

Hugs,

  1. The dry sink looks like it might be vintage Ethan Allen nutmeg maple. What a find! I would of snapped it up at most any price.

  9. Wow...less than $55?? You found some really fabulous treasures. Is that a dry sink I see? My mom used to have one in the house growing up. I should've kept it. Cool piece!! Hugs!!

  14. I have several pictures in my house that are thrift store finds and I love them all! My walls are so covered I have no room for anything else. It'll be fun to see what you do with yours and your other finds. When we lived in a different town a few years ago, the Restore there was AWESOME. We found so much good stuff there! The one where we live now is not so great but we do go there now and then. Have a good weekend! Marilyn

  15. What great finds! The chair is almost identical to the rocker my sweet father gave my dear, little mother for Christmas when I was very young. It's in our daughter's home now and always such a joy to remember the times spent rocking my young 'troubles' away.
